What is it?

Royal Commission Support ServicesOur Royal Commission Support Service provides free counselling and support for survivors of child sexual abuse and others affected by the process of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. Our service is experienced in helping survivors, and those affected, through trauma to recovery.

We can assist and support survivors to make a submission, or present at a hearing of the Royal Commission. We also offer ongoing support and specialist knowledge including:

  • Specialist recovery and wellness services including counselling and support.
  • Information and support about the Royal Commission process.
  • Debriefing with you after hearings.
  • Support and outreach for families and carers.
  • Peer support.
  • Ongoing support and referral to other services if required.
